Pricing & Payment:

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment must be made in form of cash, bank transfer or cheque before delivery of goods. In case of Cheque payment delivery is subject to credit of Cheque proceedings in our account. We are unable to provide you with credit at this stage.

Minimum Order:

The minimum order size is of 350.00 GBP (exclusive of VAT and P&P). The minimum order for each colour of handbag has to be 2 in number any style.

Purchasing:

Any variation of the order signed by you should be notified within 24 hrs. Thereafter, your order will be put into production and no changes will be accepted.

Delivery:

Delivery is free on all orders above 500.00 GBP.

Any orders below 500.00GBP are subject to standard delivery charge of 12.00 GBP, which will be added automatically to your. This service will require a signature upon receipt.

Returns:

We can only accept returns in the unlikely event of fault in the products and such fault should be notified within 2 days of receiving the delivery. All returns must be sent through “Recorded Delivery”.
